Roar, thunder and misery – Calm, tenderness and grace. Finland is famous for her composers and poets who reflect on Finland’s nature, peculiar character and the endless melancholy and sentimentality.
The Helsinki Academic Male Choir KYL channels the finest Finnish male choir tradition to Akranes. The internationally acknowledged choir will be performing pieces created by virtuosos of harmony such as Madetoja, Sibelius and Kuula.
